Collaboration with Saskatoon archivist Jeff O’Brien, choreographer Hong Jiang, and Saskatoon Chinese Dance Club. By building up connections between the local historical speaker, local architecture, and immigrant communities, to invest the relationship between the immigrant community and the land.

Reflecting on my artist/curator's identity with the creation and caring, I produce this photography-studio-visiting project as an engagement practice with the Saskatoon-based artists.

“The Jin Jin Couple” is a photograph work made for MIXING RICE, an Artist in Community project in Saskatoon.

The Painted Skin is part of the Saskatoon artist collective, Kyuubi Culture’s project: Supernatural • Nocturnal Parables at Nuit Blanche Saskatoon, 2021.

“Flourish” is a digital photo project installed in a virtual gallery in 2021 during the pandamic.

“Forward 前言“ is a long-distance curatorial practice involving visual experimentation “How to Read Contemporary Art Texts” prints an “instruction” on the wall to guide the audience to do a reading performance inside of the gallery.

“Written Emotion” is a social practice project that calls partitioners to write and transfer emotion onto an installation wall art.

“Yee Clun” is a public photograph visualized one of four lost stories founded across Canada. Curated by Canadian Ronald Rudin, the “Yee Clun” photograph is installed at Regina Art Park, Saskatchewan.

This series of artwork represents the influence of the one-child policy on my parent's generation and mine. In addition to these restrictions it portrays elements of my desire to be unhindered from unexplained political ideologies, government cultural propaganda and bureaucracy.
